This is the second time I have had a WonderCore Smart,
I suffer from chronic back problems and I have been unable to do a normal sit up because of such, this enables me to do a sit up and gives excellent results at the same time, I’ve had it approx’ five weeks now, use it about 4-5 times per week and already have seen massive results in my abdominal tone.
My arms are also beginning to tone.
I love this machine and would highly recommend.
